Project Overview

Sanya Agarwal, a Product Designer at TCS, led the design of a user-friendly e-commerce platform for a well-established retailer. The goal of this project I was to streamline the online shopping experience and make it more intuitive for users. By leveraging UX design principles, Sanya focused on creating a clean and easy-to-navigate interface that would reduce friction in the user journey, enhance product discovery, and improve overall conversion rates. Throughout the project, Sanya collaborated closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure the final product aligned with both user needs and business goals. Key features of the platform included a simplified checkout process, personalized product recommendations, and responsive design for seamless use across devices. The redesigned website contributed to a noticeable improvement in customer satisfaction and sales performance.
