Took over a D2C beauty brand struggling with high CAC and inconsistent sales. Restructured entire Meta Ads account with proper campaign objectives and audience segmentation.
Implemented A/B testing for creatives (reels vs static), experimented with UGC-style ads, and added retargeting layers using website events.
Created separate funnel stages with optimized copy and budget allocation per stage.
